1 cup Skippy peanut butter
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350*F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat peanutbutter mixture one minute. Beat in chocolate chips just until blended. On greased baking sheets, with small(1 1/2 in) ice cream scoop or tablespoon, drop dough 2 inches apart. Bake nine minutes or until puffed and golden (cookies will be very soft). On a wire rack,place baking sheets and let stand 5 minutes. Remove cookies from sheets and cool completely. Makes 34 cookies.
