    1 3/4 cup - old fashioned oats
    1 3/4 cup - all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup - ground hazelnut
    1 teaspoon - baking soda
    1 teaspoon - cinnamon
    1 cup - brown sugar
    1 cup - butter softened
    4 - egg yolks beaten until lemon color
    3 tablespoon - cornstarch
    2 cup - raisins
    1 1/2 cup - sugar
    2 cup - sour cream
    2 tablespoon - rum or rum flavoring
    2 tablespoon - lemon zest


    Mix the oats, flour, nuts, soda, cinnamon and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Reserve 1-1/2 cups of mixture. Press the remaining mixture into a 9- by 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle the reserve crumb mixture over the top of the raisin filling. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and serve.
    Tip: For a stronger rum flavor, stir it into the filling just before pouring onto the crust.
