1 (2 layer) banana cake mix
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 egg
3/4 c. mashed banana (2 medium size)

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute then remove to rack to finish cooling.

Makes 4 dozen cookies
