    2 egg whites
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons ground almonds

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites very well.

    Add sugar gradually; beat thoroughly to form stiff meringue.

    Add ground almonds.

    Place teaspoonfulls on greased pan.

    Bake at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C), till set.
