1 cup Light corn syrup
5 large Whole eggs
2 cups Margarine or butter, softened
1 box (5 lb.) Pillsbury Deluxe Banana Cake Mix
4 cups Chocolate chips


Recipe



• Place corn syrup, eggs, margarine and cake mix in mixer bowl.

• Mix in low speed using a paddle for 1 minute; scrape bowl and paddle. Continue mixing in low sped for 2 minutes adding chocolate chips the last 15 seconds.

• Portion cookies using a No. 40 dipper (about 1 oz. dough) onto paper-lined or lightly greased sheet pans.

• Bake at 375 degrees F. in a conventional oven (300 degrees F. in a convection oven) about 11 to 13 minutes or just until edges are set and cookies are a light golden brown. Do not overbake.
