    1 package (12 ounces) chocolate chips
    1 package (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
    1 jar (18 ounces) creamy peanut butter
    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup dry vanilla pudding (cook and serve kind)
    1 teaspoon vanilla or maple flavoring
    2 pounds powdered sugar
    24 ounces dry roasted peanuts

    Melt together the chocolate and butterscotch chips and the peanut butter. Pour half of this mixture into a large buttered jelly-roll pan.

    Mix butter, milk and dry pudding together. Boil for 1 minute. Add flavoring and powdered sugar. Spoon over first layer; chill.

    Add nuts to redessertsing chocolate mixture; spoon over second layer. Chill. Cut into small pieces. Keep refrigerated. "Very rich bars!"
