1/4 cup sugar twin
1/2 cup honey
1 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
4 cups corn flakes



Recipe



Combine sugar twin and honey in a 3-quart saucepan and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and melt in peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Carefully stir in cornflakes. Put in an ungreased 9x13-inch cake pan. Pat smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate no longer than 15 minutes, just to cool. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
