1 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts -- chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar
8 oz cool whip Lite
2 packages lemon instant pudding
3 cups milk
Recipe
1st layer: mix 1 cup four, 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and put in 13 x 9 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.
2nd layer; beat together 8 ounces cream chees, 1 cup confectioners sugar, fold in 4 ounces of cool whip. spread on top of cooled crust.
3rd layer; combine 2 small packages of lemon instant pudding with 3 cups of milk; beat until thick and pour on top of crust
4th layer; spread remaining cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
