    Lord of the Shortbread Rings

    3/4 C. margarine
    1/4 C. sugar
    2 C. flour
    1 Tsp. Almond flavoring

    1 pkg butterscotch chips

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients together.
    Roll dough about 1/4-1/2 inch thick on floured counter. Cut with floured rings and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes, until rings set, then cool.

    Heat butterscotch chips in pan over low heat until completely melted. Dip cooled rings in melted chips. Cool and then decorate.

    Makes 2 dozen rings
