    Peanut Butter Cup Tassies

    Yields 3 dozen

    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 whole egg
    13 ounces package miniature peanut butter cups

    Recipe



    - Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    - Mix together all ingredients, except peanut butter cups. Roll from dough into one inch ***** (#60 scoop). Put one ball in each tassie pan cup.
    - Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
    - Remove from oven and immediately Press peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Let cool a few minutes before removing cookies form pan.
