1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 ½ cup rolled oats
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
½ cup rice flour
¼ tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Cream butter and brown sugar; beat in egg. Sift in dry ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet; press down with fork. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes
NOTE: ground rice could be used instead of rice flour
