List of Ingredients
Six Medium Boiled Potatoes
One or Two Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped*
One Tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
Two Tablespoons of Sliced Black Olives*
One Dill Pickled Finely Chopped or Green Relish
One Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
One Quarter Cup Vinegar (Tarragon)
One Half Cup of Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
One Teaspoon Basil*
Half a Cup Finely Chopped Celery*
Dash of Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice*
Lots of Pepper
Salt to Taste
Recipe
Cut potatoes into whatever size you prefer. Mash one of the potatoes (secret 1 revealed). Soak potatoes in vinegar for at least two hours (secret 2 revealed) before mixing in other ingredients. Add all the ingredients and mix. Any flavoured vinegar can be used and plain mustard (secret 3 revealed) works just fine. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.
