    2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
    1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 teaspoon of Dijon style mustard
    1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef
    3 green onions, thinly sliced, 1/3 cup
    1/4 cup of chopped green sweet pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1/8 teaspoon of pepper
    6 Kaiser rolls, split

    For the sauce, in a small bowl stir together the yogurt, blue cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard. Cover and chill until serving time. Crumble the ground beef into a large bowl. Add the green onions, green pepper, salt, and pepper, mix well. Shape the mixture into six 3/4 inch thick patties. Grill the patties on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink, turning once. To serve, toast the cut slices of Kaiser rolls on the grill. Serve the patties in toasted rolls. Top the patties with sauce. Makes 6 servings
