Blue Cheese and Walnut Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. red potatoes
1/4 lb. (1/2 cup) blue cheese
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1 tsp. celery seed
1 cup chopped scallions (some green too)
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Recipe
Boil potatoes until just tender. Skin and slice. Combine rest of ingredients and gently mix into warm potatoes. Can be served warm or room temperature. Serves 8
