2 Tablespoons super fine sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Pounds cabbage
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon celery seed
1/8 Teaspoon white pepper
1 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut out core. Slice cabbage into long ,thin slices.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add shredded cabbage and toss lightly.
Makes 3 quarts.
