    1 pound Ground Beef
    2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, chopped*
    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Topping: Red onion and spinach

    Recipe



    1. Mix ingredients with a fork.

    2. Form into 4 equal size burgers.

    3. Heat skillet; spray lightly with olive oil.

    4. Cook burgers over medium heat until browned on one side. Turn burgers carefully with spatula. Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 160 degrees when measured with a meat thermometer. (Juices should run clear.)

    5. Salt and pepper to taste. Add topping.
