2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 small can English peas
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag corn chips
1 large bottle Catalina salad dressing
Recipe
Saut� beef, salt and onion in skillet. Drain and cool. In large salad bowl, layer lettuce, beef, cheeses, corn chips and peas. Pour dressing over and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Yield: 12 to 14 generous servings.
