Red Onion
White Vinegar

Recipe
Boil potatoes, peel and slice them very thin.
Add minced red onion.
Prepare a marinade by using white vinegar (if you use white vinegar with 5% acidity, you have to add water as well), canola oil (sparingly), salt and sugar.
Pour mixture over sliced potatoes and onions while potatoes are still warm. Mix well and let sit before serving.
