    1 pound ground beef
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    5 cloves garlic finely chopped
    4 Hamburg buns; split
    4 slices (1 ounce each) Monterey Jack cheese
    lettuce leaves
    1 (7 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers; drained

    Recipe



    Heat coals or gas grill. Mix beef, mustard and garlic. Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4 of inch thick. Cover and grill patties on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes turning once, until no longer pink in center and juice is clear. Add buns, cut side down, for last couple of minutes o grilling until toasted. Top burgers with cheese, serve on buns with lettuce and red bell pepper.
