Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 1-1/2 pounds
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large shallow bowl, mix together orange juice, orange peel, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce and oregano. Add chicken, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator about 3 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and place on prepared grill, about 6 inches from heat.
Grill, turning, about 10 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
