Grilled Potatoes With Herbs

3/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
6 medium potatoes
2 medium onions, thinly sliced & cut in half crosswise
Recipe
In saucepan melt butter. Add celery, cook until tender. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cutting not quite through, slit potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Place each potato on a piece of foil large enough to wrap potato. Drizzle half of margarine mixture into slits. Insert a half slice of onion into each slit. Drizzle remaining margarine. Seal securely with double fold. Grill over hot coals 45 minutes, or bake in oven.
