Thread 4 shrimp onto each of 2 skewers to stabilize them on the grill. Brush with hot pepper oil Place on hot grill when sausages are nearly ready to come off, grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp are beginning to turn pink and are toasty on the tails.
