Grilled Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab Kabobs

List of Ingredients
1 lb cooked large shrimp, shelled and deviened count 36 to 40
6 oz medium whole mushroom caps, stems removed
8 oz grape tomatoes, washed
3 small zucchini 1 inch diameter, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 medium red onion, cut into small wedges
8 oz imitation crab meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
8 oz imitation lobster meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
Recipe
Arrange on 8 inch wooden skewers, alternating seafood and vegetables begining with mushroom caps and ending with mushrooms caps.
Marinade:
1 c. olive oil
1/2 red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. onion power
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sweet and low or sugar
Mix all the ingredients together for marinade. Arrange kabobs in shallow pan and pour marinade over kabobs. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Grill 4 inches above coals for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently.
