Mexican Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
10 medium or 7 large potatoes
1 15 oz can black beans
1 15 oz can garbanza beans
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can Mexican corn
1 red bell pepper, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together:
2-4 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
16 oz. fresh mild salsa
Add to other ingredients and stir.
