3 cups cold, cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained
¾ cup shredded reduced fat cheese
¼ cup 97% fat free ham
¼ cup chopped onion
1¼ cups shredded carrots
¾ cup chopped celery
½ cup fat free mayonnaise
½ cup sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
¼ tsp. black pepper
Stir and add to macaroni. Stir in ¾ cup tomatoes and chill.
