3 cups cold, cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained
� cup shredded reduced fat cheese
� cup 97% fat free ham
� cup chopped onion
1� cups shredded carrots
� cup chopped celery
� cup fat free mayonnaise
� cup sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
� tsp. black pepper
Stir and add to macaroni. Stir in � cup tomatoes and chill.
