6 medium potatoes
pinch of salt
dash pepper
1 tbl yellow mustard
3 boiled eggs (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 small sweet pickles (chopped)
3 tbl salad dressing
Sprinkle of paprika


Recipe



Boil potatoes in a large pot until soft. Remove, drain and run cold water over them to remove peelings. Chop potatoes into 1/2" squares. While potatoes are still warm add all other ingredients (paprika) and mix well. Sprinkle top with paprika and chill in a glass dish for 3 to 4 hours.
