Pork with Apple Barbeque Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin 4-5 lbs.
3-5 garlic cloves, peeled & slivered
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, peeled & chopped
1 ten ounce jar apple jelly
one-third cup vinegar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
one-half teaspoon salt
three-fourths teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
one-eighth teaspoon red pepper
1 cup apple juice
Recipe
Warm up the grill. While it is warming, go to step 2. Poke holes in meat with sharp knife and insert the garlic slivers. Grill the tenderloin for 30 minutes to get some grilling lines on the pork. Grill 15 minutes on one side, then turn over. Remove from grill. While the tenderloin is grilling make the barbecue sauce or make ahead.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute onions. Add apple jelly, Vinegar, Mustard. Stir & wait until the apple jelly is melted before adding the next ingredients.
Add: Salt, Black pepper, Red pepper, Apple juice. Cook the sauce for five minutes
Put a pan that will hold your meat on the grill. Put your meat and the sauce in the pan.
Grill for 2 hours in the sauce or until meat is 160° inside
Serve with sauce on the side.
