Southwestern Grilled Corn

1/3 cup margarine or butter
2 tablespoons snipped cilantro or parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 ears fresh corn
Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in herb, salt and pepper. Remove husks and clean corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy foil. Brush ears with seasoning mixture. Wrap securely in foil.
Grill corn on the grill rack directly over medium to medium-high heat about 20 minutes or until kernels are tender, turning frequently.
