4 cups pork and beans
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
dash salt and pepper
6-8 slices bacon (opt.)


Recipe



Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Pour beans into lightly sprayed casserole dish; stir in ketchup, onions, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Cover the top with strips of bacon if desired. Sprinkle additional brown sugar on top and bake 2 hours. Keep warm until ready to serve.
