Zucchini and Tomato Kebabs

2 medium-sized zucchini
8 cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Parboil the zucchini alternately with the cherry tomatoes onto 2 small skewers. Baste the vegetables with the melted butter and cook them 8-inches above hot coals, turning and basting them frequently, until tender and browned on all sides - about 10 minutes.
Serve them sprinkled with the cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
