    Slow Cooked Mac 'n' Cheese

    1 pkg. (16 oz.) cooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1 cup milk
    4 cups cheddar cheese (4 cups)
    1/8 tsp. paprika

    Recipe



    Put cooked macaroni in slow cooker, add butter. In a bowl, mix next 4 ingredients, add 3 cups of cheese. Pour over macaroni, stir to combine. Cover, cook on low 4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 10.
