    Graham crackers, whole

    3/4 c. margarine

    1 c. sugar

    1/2 c. milk

    1 egg, beaten

    1 c. graham cracker crumbs

    1 c. coconut

    1/2 tsp. Vanilla

    1 c. chopped nuts

    3/4 c. dlr. apricots, diced

    1 tsp. Margarine

    1 c powdered sugar

    Juice of 1 lemon

    Recipe



    Line 13 x 9 x 2 pan with whole graham crackers. Cook margarine, sugar, milk, and egg until thick. Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, vanilla, nuts and apricots. Cook 5 minutes. Spread on top of graham cracker. Top filling with more graham crackers. Frost with margarine, powdered sugar and lemon juice mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
