    Applesauce Bread Pudding

    3 beaten eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 (16-oz) can applesauce
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
    2 teas vanilla
    3/4 teas ground cinnamon
    1/2 teas salt
    9 slices stale white bread cubed (7 cups)

    Recipe



    In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients except bread, and mix well
    Gently stir in bread cubes
    Place in lightly greased container that is lg enough for mixture, but will fit in crock-pot( Cover tightly with foil)
    Place in crock pot with 1 cup warm water
    Cover, cook on high for 3 hours
