    1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
    1 large ripe banana, sliced

    Recipe



    After whipping the cream, fold toffee bits and the sliced banana into the whipped cream

    Spoon into two parfait glasses or dishes. Cover and refrigerate until serving.


    (Sprinkle a few toffee bits on top of each before serving, if desired)
