Bananas Foster w/Pecans

4 Bananas
1 cup Brown Sugar Dark
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 cup Pecan Halves
1/2 cup Dark Rum
Vanilla Icecream
Recipe
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Melt butter in sauté pan and place bananas and pecans in hot butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and cook until browned lightly. Approx. 4 to 6 minutes. Pour rum over the bananas and ignite. Serve over ice cream and garnish.
