4 Bananas
1 cup Brown Sugar Dark
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 cup Pecan Halves
1/2 cup Dark Rum
Vanilla Icecream
Recipe
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Melt butter in saut� pan and place bananas and pecans in hot butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and cook until browned lightly. Approx. 4 to 6 minutes. Pour rum over the bananas and ignite. Serve over ice cream and garnish.
