    1/2 c sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/3 c cold water
    1/2 c rose' or blush wine
    3 tbsp orange juice
    2 c strawberries, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Sprinkle sugar and gelatin over 2/3 water in saucepan. Let stand 1 minute to soften
    Stir over low heat to dissolve; pour into large bowl
    Add remaining water wine and juice; chill till mixture mounds slightly about 1 hr. For quick set place mixture over bowl of iced water. Stir frequently
    Fold berries into mixture.
    Spoon into goblets
    Chill till set, about 2 hrs.
    Makes: 4 servings, Prep: 15 minutes, Chill: 3 hours
