    1 pkg. oreo cookies, crushed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 gal. french vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (9 oz.) whip cream
    1 jar hot fudge topping
    2 c. peanuts

    Recipe



    Mix crushed cookies and melted margarine, spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (reserve 1/3 c. for final topping). Spread the softened ice cream over the cookie layer, freeze till firm. Sprinkle peanuts on top of fudge. Top with whip cream and lastly the reserved cookie crumbs. Freeze until firm. Note: you can try different flavors of ice cream or even frozen yogurt, topping and nuts. To serve, take out of freezer for 10 minutes to soften, then slice and serve. Excellent dessert for those hot summer nights!
