2 cups unsweetened instant tea powder
2 packages (3 ounces) orange-pineapple gelatin
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoons coconut extract



Recipe



Mix ingredients together and place in wide-mouth pint-size canning jars. Decorate jar with fabric and ribbon and attach this note: "This winter when it is blustery and cold, take a moment and make some Caribbean cruise tea to warm yourself. Heat 6 ounces of water and stir in 2 tablespoons of mix. Enjoy!"
