    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup Brach's chocolate mints, chopped
    3/4 cups milk

    Recipe



    In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream and milk. Stir in chocolate pieces.

    Place everything in you're ice cream maker.

    Tip: Add 2 drops of green food color.
