    One 9" Chocolate Graham pie crust mix, made according to package directions. Form into a 9" pie plate.

    First Layer (meringue):
    Beat 2 *egg whites with-
    1/2 teaspoon vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    Gradually add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy. Spread on bottom and sides of pie shell. Bake at 325º for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Second Layer:
    2 *egg yokes, beat slightly
    1/4 cup water
    6 oz chocolate chips
    Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Pour 3 tablespoons over cooled meringue. Cool remainder.

    Third Layer:
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 package whipping cream (1 cup)
    Beat until thick. Spread half over pie and set aside the other half.

    Fourth Layer
    Combine remainder of chocolate from the second layer and the remaining whipped cream. Mix until smooth. Place on top of pie and chill until serving
