    1 c flour
    1 c chopped walnuts
    1/2 c margarine
    1 c powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz) tub Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
    2 (4 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
    3 c milk
    1 chocolate bar

    Recipe



    Mix flour & margarine until lumpy. Add nuts.
    Press lightly into 9 x 13" pan
    Bake 350' for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
    Cream sugar & cream cheese
    Add 1/2 tub (6 oz.) Cool Whip
    Spread onto crust
    Mix pudding & milk; beat for 2 min at low speed
    Spread onto cream mixture.
    Spread remaining Cool Whip onto pudding. Grate chocolate bar on top
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight

    Makes 6-8 servings
