1/2cup Egg Yolks
1/2cup Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
Recipe
Scald half-n-half with vanilla bean. Whip egg yolks and sugar together until pale. Temper half-n-half into egg yolk mixture and continue cooking over double boiler until thickened. Then cool.
