    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup butter or margarine

    Mix and put in greased 9x13 pan and bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool

    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 cup icing sugar
    1/2 large size Cool Whip

    Mix and spread on cooled crust

    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding
    2 1/2 cups milk

    Mix and spread on cream cheese layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top
