2-3 fresh Peaches peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Butter
1 cup Brandy - your choice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
pinch powdered Clove
as needed Vanilla Icecream



Recipe



Combine butter and peaches to a large sauté pan over a medium high burner. Add brown sugar, spices and bring to a boil. Add brandy and flame. Serve over the Vanilla icecream.
