    Mix:
    4 well beaten Egg Yolks
    1 cup Sugar
    1 1/3 teaspoons grated Lemon Rind
    10 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    Cook over boiling water about 2 minutes or
    until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool

    Beat:
    4 Egg Whites stiff and beat in
    6 Tablespoon Sugar
    Fold into lemon mixture and cool.

    Beat:
    2 cups Whipping Cream stiff.
    Fold into lemon mixture. Rub bottom and sides
    of 9x13 pyrex with butter and
    1 cup Lemon Wafer Crumbs.
    Add Lemon Mixture and top with
    1 cup Vanilla Wafer Crumbs.
    FREEZE
