Fruit-Noodle Kugel

List of Ingredients
1 Cup cottage cheese
1 Cup sour cream
2/3 Cup sugar
1-1/2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
8-oz wide egg noodles
1/2 Cup butter (or margarine), melted
3-4 eggs
1 lb. can Elberta peaches, diced
4-oz crushed pineapple
1/2 Cup yellow raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 1 Tbsp. sugar Recipe
Parboil the noodles for 5 minutes. Toss with melted butter
In food processor combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, vanilla and eggs
Add fruits to noodles
Pour cheese mixture over noodles
Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until golden
Can be served warm (let cool first somewhat) or cold
