    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. jelly powder
    1 14-oz. or 19-oz. can fruit
    Whipped cream or Dream Whip

    Recipe



    Beat eggs and sugar well; fold in flour and vanilla. Pour into well-greased flan pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes (until top springs back), then cool.

    Drain fruit, reserving juice. Make jelly using 1 cup fruit juice instead of water. When jelly is partially set, fill cooled flan. Top jelly with fruit and refrigerate until well set. Top with cream or Dream Whip before serving.
