    12 Brownies

    4 oz Chopped Unsweet Chocolate
    1/2 c Unsweetened Butter
    1 1/4 c Sugar
    3 Eggs, slightly beaten
    2 ts Vanilla
    1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
    1 c Walnuts, chopped

    Recipe



    Melt together chocolate and butter in top of double boiler over hot water.
    Cool for 15 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350F degrees. line a 9X9X2 inch square baking pan with
    aluminum foil. Grease the foil.

    Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour
    until blended. Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with
    walnuts.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire
    rack. Refrigerate 30 minutes for easier cutting. Invert onto cutting
    surface. Peel off foil; turn over. Cut into squares.
