1/2 gallon each vanilla, coffee, and chocolate ice cream
8 tablespoons cinnamon or less, to taste
1/2 cup amaretto
1 cup honey
toasted sliced almonds for garnish
Recipe
Soften vanilla ice cream and mix well with cinnamon. Layer this into bottom of a 10 inch tube pan with removeable springform bottom. Place in freezer and harden.
Meanwhile, soften chocolate ice cream. Spread over vanilla layer and return to freezer to harden.
Repeat with coffee ice cream. Cover and refreeze.
When ready to serve remove from freezer. Unmold. Cut with a knife dipped in warm water.
Combine honey and amaretto. Ladle over slices of ice cream and sprinkle with almonds.
