    Layered Banana Pineapple Dessert

    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
    3 bananas, sliced
    1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    3 1/2 cups cold milk
    2-3.5 oz pkgs. vanilla flavor instant pudding
    1-20oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    1-8oz tub whipped topping


    Mix together cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in a 9"x13" baking dish, press evenly into bottom of the pan. Arrange banana slices on top of crust. Beat cream cheese with wire whisk until smooth, gradually beat in milk, then add pudding mixes. Beat till well blended. Spread evenly over banana slices, spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
